Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Menston is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating in Menston, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide clinically supervised weight management consultations and prescription services to eligible patients.

We reserve the right to decline any order or consultation where, in our clinical judgement, the service would not be appropriate or safe for that individual. Providing false or misleading health information may place your safety at risk and may result in termination of service.
All prescription-only medications (POMs) supplied through this service are issued by a registered prescriber following a clinical assessment. A valid prescription will be generated only where it is clinically appropriate to do so.
We retain the right to refuse or cancel a prescription at any time if new clinical information comes to light, or if our pharmacist deems it unsafe to proceed. Prescriptions cannot be transferred to another pharmacy without our written consent.
You must inform us promptly of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We do not store your full payment card details. Charges are processed securely in accordance with PCI DSS standards. If a prescription is not approved following clinical review, a full refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked courier service to your specified UK address.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive medications where applicable.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically reviewed and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications for safety and legal reasons, in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
If your prescription is declined following clinical review, you will receive a full refund. Refunds for approved and dispatched orders will only be issued in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. Please contact us at your earliest opportunity to discuss any concerns.

Results from weight loss treatments vary between individuals. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. You must seek immediate medical attention in the event of any adverse reaction or health emergency and contact us or your GP as soon as it is safe to do so.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
